    *Occasionally, our response emails will end up in your email’s spam/junk folder. Please check this folder if you don’t hear from us within a day, or two. If issues pursue, please contact us directly via separate private email, or on our Once Upon a Transformation Facebook Messenger.

  • When finalizing scheduling an appointment, to secure the date and time for you, there is a non-refundable deposit fee of $25. Cancellations, or rescheduling, are asked to be addressed at the earliest time of uncertainty. If the location of stay requires a parking fee for the day of the appointment, we ask the fee and any information for parking be paid by the Guest prior to arrival. We do travel outside of the Disney/Universal area, price is determined by location of stay, and a travel fee will be discussed and added to the total price due the day of appointment. Add-ons are available & are prices are listed.

  • On the day of your appointment, the discussed full payment will be due via Cash, Zelle, or Venmo.

  • Gratuity, or gifts, are based upon Guest’s discretion, and are always appreciated, but not expected. The total price of your service does not include any form of gratuity.

  • Typically, all appointments are scheduled 60 days prior to your vacation. All inquires for future dates and times are always welcome, but to finalize an appointment, 60 days provides a confirmation.

  • I start transformations as early as 5am.
